They have been in Merchant Banking, Institutional Equities &amp; Fixed Income broking space for the past decade. The Merchant banking &amp; Broking (Equity &amp; Fixed Income) business as on date would require a rejuvenation as promoters have diversified into other fast growth Financial services over the past few years and which has resulted in this segments of business growing at lesser than the market average growth rate. Hence we are looking at Candidates having an entrepreneurial Ambition and Vision and willing to take up challenge. Work Experience - 10-15 years, with last 5-7 years in the top management in the business of Merchant Banking with exposure to Fixed Income &amp; Equity Broking. - He / she should have network of relationship with CEOs / CIOs / Fund Managers of FIIs, Mutual Funds, Private Equity Funds, Insurance Companies and other Investment Companies in India and Internationally, Promoters / CEOs / CFOs of Indian companies for sourcing Merchant Banking mandates Role and Responsibilities - Be responsible and accountable for Businesses, Income, Profits, People, Processes, Strategy and Resources in Merchant Banking. - To identify growth opportunities for the business's - Ability to Source, Process and Execute / Sell successfully various Capital Market Services and Products.
