Responsibilities :

- As the Head, the prime responsibility will rest in achieving the revenue targets for the business. To achieve the same the individual has to work towards creating effective product & channel strategies.

- To liaison with the product team in ensuring development of New Merchandise & Accessory as per defined plan. Also formulating the prior, specification, features for the products for both domestic & international markets.

- Drive in-depth customer insight in targeted markets to comprehend customer behavior and preferences, utilizing this information for product and brand development.

- Identify new opportunities to tap into untapped market segments, aiming to increase market share effectively.

- Ensure the delivery of strong financial returns by closely collaborating with sales, marketing, design, logistics, & finance teams.

- Develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with challenges, business objectives, and market opportunities.

- Working on channel strategies to look at new avenues of business (New channels which can be incorporated)

- Streamlining the entire AMD channel to achieve the Sales targets.
