Hospital administration:

Overseeing the services operations and maintenance of hospital building, components, including interior utilities & equipment.

Complete technical, administrative and manpower (both medical and non-medical) management of hospitals.

Handling vendor management and negotiations for ensuring long term cost effective contacts for medical supplies and equipment and non medical items.

Involved in development and implementation of hospital information system.

Acting as interface between doctors and other hospital staff members to provide best health care solutions to patients, addressing and resolving patients grievances.

Ensure proper implementation of policies towards promoting and protecting health & safety and organizational effectiveness.

Operations:

Responsible for managing the entire operations including finance, budgeting, personnel, PR, spearheading teams for smooth functioning of the unit.

Scrutinize the working / performance of the team: provide them assistance to improve the functioning and processes.

Conduct internal process audit and process review for ensuring strict adherence to the quality and safety norms.

Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications to enhance operational efficiency.

Relationship management:

Developing relationship with customers in target organizations & providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns.

Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

Event management:

Managing the entire course of event inclusive of concept design, procurement of materials, set design, on site management, logistics, trouble shooting etc.

Coordinating with high profile individuals / celebrities for securing their participation in events.

Handling appropriate media selection for coverage of events as well as ensure positive media relation.

Marketing management:

Preparing marketing collaterals for the branding of new products and prepare plans, budget and executing the launch of the product.

Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares.

Overseeing the development of copy, content, creative, management of advertisement campaigns in coordination with Ad / PR agencies, printers, designers, photographers etc.

Manpower planning Overall manpower planning of the unit in consultation with the HR.

Manage inter-departmental communication; resolve disputes and/or operational working issues.

Assess and ensure performance level of staff People-assessment, efficiency etc. Identify needs and ensure continuing professional competence for self and staff Rostering and optimal utilization

Deployment of the right talent at the right place for effective service delivery.

Training & development

To drive the extensive training programs for the Business Unit for both regular and contractual employees.

Team Building & Motivation

Ensure that the employees are motivated and engaged and work towards common goal of achieving the targets as per Business Plan.

To keep the attrition of the Business Unit team to the minimum.

Licenses & compliances

To play an active role in getting the due licenses (both medical & non-medical) for the Business Unit (if applicable) and ensure all regulatory compliance in consultation with the Medical Operations team.

Business Report

To prepare daily business report of the unit and discuss the trends with the management on regular basis. Analysis on estimated cost and final bill variances.

Business Plan - Responsible for the expansion and development of the medical services of the Business Unit and provide support to meet clinical needs as per the organizations perspective.

P & L Plan and control overall Profit and Loss of the Business Unit.

Suggest ways to increase the business.

Establish and monitor process compliance.

Prepare and monitor the department budget.

Infrastructure & Logistics Equipment & machinery

To participate in the Procurement and installation process of equipments of the business unit.

Quality and NABH Faced NABH surveillance audit and NABH renewal audits.

Monitoring Quality indicators, presenting Quality improvement projects and implementation.

Review of departmental manuals.
