A leading global MNC is seeking to hire the undersaid Head of Production Operations Job Description : - Grow the delivery capability to cover the range of services in the Creative Production Services ecosystem - Grow the in-house capacity to meet the growing demand - Embody Smartshoring and build a network of vendors and freelancers for creating flexible capacities - Accountability for and Ownership of the Operational P&L for SBU - Uphold and lead by example the Company Purpose and 12 Leadership Principles - Build and lead a multi-location team as required - Identify, and retain talent - Lead the implementation of the current Technology stack for the operations. - Develop and refine roadmaps to adopt best practice in all aspects of operations - Managing performance of the Division and the team setting KPIs and QPKRs (OKRs) - Nurture and enhance relationships across the offshore and onshore team - Right Size Teams and deliver on cost optimization - Ownership and accountability for Pilots. - Participate in Pitch meetings and present studio capabilities - Proactive communication with the various stakeholders across geographies - Work with account management teams to develop teams/skillsets in line with client requirements and future ambitions. - Proactive training plan as per specific customer project and/or Service/Process related training program - Proactive review of market facing technologies that can be integrated into the current tech stack and/or new tools that can be developed to enhance production processes/workflow - Inputs relating to cross selling opportunities to existing customers - Develop, maintain and Improve SOWs and SOPs to ensure quality assurance - Present and interact with the customer on the account's performance - Ability to attract top talent into the Business Unit - Be abreast with industry movements and trends Strategic - workflows, and process - Develop market intelligence and bridge gaps on capability, and practice - Possess a working knowledge of media production across multi-channel - Coach and mentor Managers and Leads - Develop technology roadmaps with the CTO and client IT teams to strengthen the delivery
