Head Maintenance (HEMM, Electrical & Plant):

- Machinery and Plant Availability

- Maintenance Planning, Scheduling & Execution - HEMM, Electrical & Plant

- Spare Planning, Control, Analysis and Inventory

- Ownership, Control and execution of all Outsourced activities

- Control of Cost of Maintenance

- Maintenance MIS - SAP, MTTR, MTBF and other RCFA Analysis (HEMM, Electrical & Plant)

- AO, IMS, 5 S VSAP, Legal and Statutory compliance

- Stakeholder Management & Liaison - Internal and External

- Kaizen and Improvement Projects

- Safe Operations & Maintenance

- Workforce Discipline and Control

- Environmental Protection Measures - Waste Oil Recovery & Hazardous Waste Management

- Training and capability building of all Manpower
