Job Description :

- End to end channel management for brand's Marketplace operations in India

- Driving growth, managing monthly sales targets, planning and execution of promotional campaigns

- Maintaining relationships with the marketplace teams to drive overall brand growth and visibility

- Exploring new opportunities to deliver month-on-month and quarterly targets

- Aggressively track and monitor performance by tweaking strategies as required

- Work with the product team to create an exclusive product portfolio for each marketplace

- Stay current with the platform trends and adapt strategies to keep pace

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of e-commerce business including promotion planning, content strategy and development, customer service

Profile :

- Solid understanding of how Amazon,flipkart,Myntra,Nykaa etc ecosystem operates including advertising, reviews management and brand pages

- Negotiating margins, promotions and deals

- Analytical skills to mine sales data and extract valuable insights leading to actionable strategies
