A D2C brand who started operations recently and are a design oriented and environmentally sensitive brand of a category for the young with a taste for things that don't just help them look or feel good , but also do good by being made from recycled plastic .

They plan to disrupt the Indian 3.5 Bn $ market in its category.

Some ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Focus on the expansion and development of the brand's E-commerce marketplace presence to drive sales revenue, profit and ROI

- To create, plan and execute a clearly defined E-Commerce Marketplace strategy for the brand in liaison with the Management team.

- Investigate, assess and where applicable, implement successful industry best practices.

- Expand the team by hiring the right resources for the organization.

- Driving achievement of sales / growth targets by leveraging effective listing strategies derived basis analytics on market places.

- Optimize marketplace performance: You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize marketplace performance. This may involve analysing performance data, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactics to improve sales and revenue growth

- Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product placement.

- Develop and maintain relationships with marketplace partners, negotiating terms, and resolving issues as needed.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales on the marketplace and website.

- Manage a team of marketplace specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

- Analyse marketplace data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
