Responsibilities :
- Define and implement Marketing and Growth programs
- Hire a team that can successfully implement strategies
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Global PR management.
- Handling Campaigns and building & managing a team.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
What are we looking for :
- 10- 12 years of experience in marketing and building Martech solutions. Experience with subscription based saas product is mandatory.
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Ability to build and manage digital marketing strategies, create thought leadership campaigns and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Tech Stack.
- B2C experience preferred
- Company's main markets are America and Europe.
- Someone who has worked in those markets would be an added bonus.
- Candidate from a digital agency not preferred.
- Corporate experience preferred.
- Current marketing team size ( have to build the team from scratch) - have 2 junior members, but the role holder will have to build the team
- Hierarchy in the marketing team - role reports to the CRO and CRO reports to Cofounder.
