Marketing :   - Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing   - Drive campaigns for client acquisition and conversion across multiple channels   - Create content for marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives   - Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences   - Internal reporting and other duties as assigned.   Search Engine Marketing :   - You'll manage our PPC campaigns with an aim towards maximizing conversions. You'll optimize by testing ad text, bidding, and keyword changes as well on-page A/B testing.   - You'll conduct keyword and market research to determine new PPC campaigns for us to run.   - You'll need to have a deep understanding of SEO so that you are capable of developing a long-term SEO strategy to raise the organic rankings of important keywords and meet traffic goals.   - You'll define and implement our SEO best practices for on-page content, URL structures, page titles, meta-data and anchor text.   - You'll utilize reporting tools to systematically track and improve natural search performance. You'll identify keywords where we can gain significant traffic with low difficulty. You'll develop a strategy for how to gain backlinks.   Public Relations & Social Media :   - You'll reach out to the media to generate positive buzz about our company.   - You'll create and manage a strategy for high user engagement on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.   User Acquisition :   - Content Marketing, SEM, SEO, PR & Social Media all contribute to User Acquisition. But it's still worth separating User Acquisition into its own responsibility because you'll constantly be asked to figure out what we can do to attract and keep new users. How do bring users to our sites and how can we generate buzz around our products   - You'll be responsible for making very data-driven decisions on where we should focus our efforts to attract new users.   Building a Team :   - As the Head of Online Marketing, you'll hire to complete the marketing team.   - We're a young startup so this process will be gradual, but it will be one of the most important things you do over the time you work for us   Project management :   - Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures   - Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership   - Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.   Market Research and Competitive Intelligence :   - Understand the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership   - Conduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement client interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership   - Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts.   Required Skills / Special Qualifications :   - Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator   - 3-7 years of professional marketing experience (Team handling experience is a must)   - Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touchpoints, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail   - Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and - Thrives Under Pressure- should describe him   - Previous Startup experience is necessary   - Experience in Travel or eCommerce will be an advantage   - Experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development.   - Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.
