Head - Marketing - Leading US Technology Client

Job Description :

- We are looking to hire the Head of Marketing to lead all our marketing initiatives for a Leading US Technology Solution Provider. This is a leadership role and you will work closely with the Leadership Team.

- Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing program that will enhance our Client's image and position.

- Facilitate internal and external communications; and marketing activities and materials as required and directed.

- Responsible for design, production and distribution of our client's publications, style guides, branding strategies in accordance with US Marketing Team.

- Responsible for the achievement of marketing mission, goals, and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the leadership team.

- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance.

- Develop, implement, and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing function.

- Maintain a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates top quality personnel.

- Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote, and guide qualified personnel.

- Ensure effective management within the marketing function, with provision for succession.
