Make informed decisions aligned with Company's strategy and policies and frameworks and industry/regulatory requirements 4. Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals 5. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity 6. Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers 7. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports 8. Assess overall company performance against objectives 9. Represent the company in events, conferences etc. 10. Credibility - acts in accordance with stated values; follows through on promises; uses ethical considerations to guide decisions and actions 11. Lead change - supports activities that position the business for the future; offers novel ideas and perspectives 12. Guiding the day to day activities of the Marketing team 13. Translates function/KPI goals into actions for direct reports 14. Study business drivers, trends and recommend suggestions for sustained growth of business 15. Lead and actively participate in cross functional group assignments and initiatives.
