Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Head will be the sole custodian and manage the brand identity and positioning, across categories and channels
- Partner with category teams and build customer focused product content across e- commerce channels
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution. Exposure to Facebook and Google marketing, Affiliates, CRM and Loyalty, SMS etc necessary.
- Own and grow all brand channels, website, social media and e-commerce brand store and deliver on decided metrics
- Manage brand building campaigns, celebrity engagement, influencers and build from concept to execution with key focus on measurements and outcomes.
- Oversee all Trade Marketing initiatives, ATL/BTL activities.
- Be comfortable with data and deriving insights that can translate into effective communication
- Experience with selling on brand website and managing topline growth.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Manage a team of graphic designers and marketing managers.
