The Role :
We are seeking to identify a bright and innovative Marketing Head for the Software Products division of our client. As head of the marketing function, your responsibilities will include global marketing, product positioning strategy and execution.
The position will be based in Pune
You will :
- Create an integrated & overall marketing strategy in sync with business plan & sales targets.
- Identify market trends, conceptualize differentiated offerings and prepare compelling value propositions
- With an understanding of global & local markets, revamp the company's software portfolio, position telecom software products & launch offerings accordingly.
- Formulate integrated customer communication plans based on research and customer understanding and execute them
- Own the Brand Design Repository & Brand Management including all activities to reinforce the overall brand positioning
- Drive social media engagement and brand awareness, develop and maintain all digital properties.
Your Profile :
You should be an engineer with an MBA from a reputed institute and 12-17 years of experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns for technology companies. Key exposure areas :
- Software/Telecom technology marketing experience
- Classical marketing and brand building experience, including an impactful B2B stint
- Worked closely with multi-location teams
- Managed marketing programs including Branding events, CXO events and trade shows
