Head - Marketing - Social Media Firm (10-14 yrs)
We are looking for a Marketing Head-India, for a Houston Texas, US based Social Media company which introduced Industry-first face recognition system to authenticate real users with greater privacy policy for end-user. It is the only social media app of real people. Our users are fully verified with government-issued photo ID using our world-leading facial recognition technology. This means that there are no duplicate or fake accounts. This also means that the generation of fake content is reduced significantly.
Location : Can be anywhere in India, preferable Hyderabad / Bangalore / Mumbai.
Job Summary :
- The head of marketing will develop and execute marketing strategies that will build and maintain a strong and consistent brand in the India market. The person will also be responsible for managing budgets.
Experience /Qualification Required :
- Operating the marketing organization for a consumer-facing tech product or service (not looking for someone who has marketed industrial products)
- Managing social media, PR agencies, events, etc. is critical
- Developing a go-to-market plan and executing it
- Growing a brand
- Be in / able to grow into an executive role
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Tech company experience - at least 10 years
- Track record with demonstrable success
- MBA from a reputed institution
Compensation will be based on qualifications/experience and industry practice. Apart from base salary and performance-based bonus, we include stock options and other benefits.
