Individual Accountability

Strategic :

- Actively involved in designing and planning of Promotional strategy to develop new & existing products and markets for future business growth.

- Develop New Product Pack designs aligned with Corporate Brand image and business strategy.

- Design Publicity tools and get them developed to support Field Promotional efforts, Financial ; Ensure execution of Product Promotions related activities and publicity.

- Monitor Business related expenses vis a vis budget and get it audited.

Customer/ External Orientation :

- Enhance customer value (both internal & external) through dissemination of product knowledge/technology through promotional activities and Publicity tools

- Organize Launches & Showcasing Brand in Internal/External Events as per business need

Core operational accountability :

- Sales Promotion & Publicity planning & execution

- Budgeting, execution and monitoring of Product promotional activities for product and market development

- Designing Products Packaging based on Company Brand guidelines, Legal Specifications and Meteorological rules

- Designing and developing different Publicity & Branding tools, AVs to support marketing & extension services
