Head - Marketing (Sr. Manager / DGM - Marketing Operations in CDMO) (10-12 yrs)

Qualification: MBA - Marketing

This is an Individual Contributor Role and Reports to Chief Business Officer

- Solid knowledge of CDMO industry

- Practical experience in Marketing of a CDMO

- High level of communication skills, presentation skills, organizational skills, analytical skills

- Language skills: English (professional proficiency)

Responsibilities and duties:

Strong in Operational Marketing:

- Mainly Market intelligence and Analytics based on Market size, trends, price, competition etc

- Demand Generation across various channels-Trade shows, Conventions, Campaigns and Digital marketing strategies

Experience in Strategic Marketing Approach:

- Go to Market Strategy

- Brand Building initiatives-USP and MVP

- Central Pricing across BU's
