Head - Marketing - School

Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of Marketing head with one of the International Chain of schools.

Responsibilities

1. Leads the marketing team in the geography.

2. Assists the Sr. Director, Marketing in the development and implementation of Marketing policies and procedure.

3. Supports the Sr. Director, Marketing in defining and developing the marketing and brand strategy for the function in India.

4. Collaborates with the Finance function to develop relevant measurable performance metrics for the function,

5. Supports the Sr. Director, Marketing in the development of the annual budget for the function

6. Ensures all local marketing campaigns are aligned with the global brand

7. Constantly engages in tracking industry and competitors in the geography

8. Shares competitor analysis reports on a regular basis

9. Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

10. Supporting in marketing campaigns for Lead generation & new admissions.

11. Develops and manages vendors across requirements (e.g. websites, print, social media, etc.) locally

12. Plans, manages and reports on progress and budgets for the marketing activities, campaigns and events.

13. Measures and records all marketing activities from the local marketing team
