Position / Designation : Head - Marketing & Sales  Description : Planning, Strategizing, Budgeting, Coordinating, Scheduling, Social Media, Selling, Promoting etc.  Experience Required : Min. 8 years in Marketing & Sales(Some Experience in Education Industry Mandatory)  Minimum Qualification : Graduate or MBA (Marketing)  Location : Mumbai (Khar & Andheri)  Roles & Responsibilities :  Marketing  - Planning Advertisements for TLA Courses  - Meet with BD Director, TLA Sales Team & Assistant Program Coordinator- Professional Courses, to plan on how to market TLA Courses  - Budgeting for all TLA products  - Replying to mails for queries for national/international workshops, corporate classes, Television Reality Shows, Wedding Sangeets :   - Co-coordinating with the hired Design House for getting TLA creative's done  - Co-coordinating with the Hired Printing House for getting TLA creative's printed  - Sourcing content for Ads   - Sending Ads to the Advertising Agency once approved by Director, Business Development Director & Creative Head  - Sending MOU for all TLA business deals  - Plan and source content for digital & social media  - Co-ordinate with PR agency for all TLA Event  - Collating and keeping a record of existing and new Database  - Preparing PowerPoint presentation  Sales :   - Maximizing new business development opportunities  - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the student base  - Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures  - Planning and starting new batches, styles and centers in Mumbai and nationally  - Planning Ads for TLA courses  - Creating Leads for sales and converting the same into a sale  - Travelling to different cities in India to promote TLA  - Reaching individual Targets and ensuring Sales team achieves their targets  Operations :   - Filling up batches accordingly and creating new batches  - Supervision of student's database and ensuring its effective usage  - Attending to calls when required  - Every day feedback of the calls answered  - Establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel  - Briefing and follow up with Sales Team  - Ensuring TLA collaterals are printed and ready to use (poster & flyers & brochures)  - Generating idea and identifying potentials to expand TLA business  - Updating Enquiries Sheet  Skills Required :   - Excellent command over English, both written and verbal.  - Attention to detail & Multi-Tasking  - Team Player  - Self- motivated  - Efficient & Organized  - Integrity, Discreet & Ethical  - IT proficiency - MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel particularly)  - Some sought of experience in the media, entertainment or event sector preferred, but flexible  - Negotiation and Presentation skills  You can call on 7777048795 Robust HR
