Head of Marketing- SAAS Product Setup

About the Role:

- The Marketing Leader role is critical to the success . The Marketing Leader will oversee and grow a six-member marketing team and develop marketing strategy and vision focused on gaining success in North America, Europe, and Southeast Asian markets. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. You will drive positioning, lead generation, digital marketing, and branding initiatives to maximize lead flow and visibility.

- The Marketing Leader's goals are to help to grow rapidly through lead generation & branding.

Job Responsibilities:

General:

- Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.

- Create unified approach to lead generation, content, and branding.

- Motivate & drive a team of talented marketing professionals.

Lead Generation:

- Define and power the company's digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, outbound)

- Work with digital marketing specialist on Paid Ad campaigns

- Work with the Inside sales team for targeted email campaigns and providing them with curated lists worked by agency.

- Manage the social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora etc. and ensure steady flow of informative posts.

Branding, Events, Analyst Relations:

- Identify & participate in conferences and events. Manage them end to end.

- Fine tune the positioning of the company to maximize its value in the market. Make sure that the website correctly reflects the positioning.

- Working on creating impactful presentations/pitches/ collaterals and other customer/partners facing communications along with the design team members.

- Identify & expand Analyst Relations .

- Updation of information on different listing platforms

- Event management in terms of collaterals and communications, collaborate with event organizers wherever needed.

- Crafting the internal branding collaterals/ communications while working closely with the HR manager.

Website & Content:

- Responsible for website management, content updation, SEO and performance along with the digital marketing specialist.

- Conceptualize and curate content for creation of landing pages, website pages.

- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager for creation of Press releases and impactful enterprise customer success stories on different platforms.

- Responsible for writing valuable and engaging content that attracts our target groups.

- Research and identify relevant topics for blogs, trends, loyalty programs of brands and competitor research etc.

- Ensure all the content items are promoted in a timely manner. Managing the content repository in terms of blogs, webinars, press releases, videos, webinars, infographics etc.

- Driving customer communications on special occasions

- Ideation and creation of impactful collaterals like one pager, event deliverables, success stories.

Reporting:

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/activities, gain insights and take proactive steps.

- Create reports for executive management.
