Head of Marketing - SaaS Product
- We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to own Branding and Demand Gen for India and International markets (US, EU, and SEA).
- An ideal fit is someone who can develop a deep understanding of the space and use cases, drive thought leadership in an emerging category, and scale marketing operations to take the next level of category leadership.
- You will be responsible for building and leading a talented team, driving pipeline generation and brand building by executing well-researched, high-quality campaigns.
- You will develop and drive targeted marketing programs to generate awareness, build a pipeline, and nurture lead funnel through the sales cycle.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead global marketing strategy, partnering closely with both regional business leadership and product teams
- Strengthen mindshare in various industries and across verticals via strategic communications
- Ensure team and organizational alignment with the brand vision and its consistent delivery across all channels and marketing efforts
- Drive GTM product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and external communications
- Execute multiple aspects of marketing, including branding and positioning, product marketing, paid marketing, organic growth, education and engagement campaigns, events, and communication
- Work cross-functionally with product teams to drive product adoption and product launches across multiple markets
- Measure and report progress against marketing goals, gain customer insight, and align marketing strategies to cater to various industries and personas
What We Look For In You :
- 12+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
- Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
- Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and WordPress
- Strategic problem-solver and have validated results building and executing on marketing strategy.
- Experience working with agencies and partner networks to execute campaigns across various channels
- Leverage a data-driven framework for evaluating channel execution and work towards ROI targets
- Ability to simplify product messaging and the value they create
- Execution focused with a bias toward action, a great collaborator; you never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
