KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This individual will be the owner who will set up the systems, processes & frameworks to ensure that all SaaS marketing channels are used that will deliver leads, recognition, and manage all elements of the funnel consistently for the SaaS vertical of the company - globally. This person will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS marketing team; creating a methodical, data drive marketing process; enabling sales pipeline; and global brand presence.

- Define benchmarking results & relevant strategy: Actively benchmark PeopleStrong against the best in the industry for relevant marketing metrics regularly & work towards consistently bettering the related metrics. Mentor and build a team to ensure the top of the rung:

- SEO & consistent Messaging

- Content marketing

- Growth / Paid marketing

- ABM

- Virtual and physical Events


- Demand Generation and Sales Enablement: Establish an efficient and predictable demand generation engine (outbound and inbound) and work with the Sales leadership to enable and extend the sales team's efforts.

- Ownership of execution and outcomes: Overall ownership of the SaaS marketing function would rest with this individual. All marketing metrics related to TOFU & MOFU would rest with this individual.

- Brand Building: Work towards strengthening the Brand PeopleStrong in existing markets, and establishing a strong brand presence in new geographies. Establish and Strengthen PeopleStrong's thought leadership initiatives globally.

- Team: Establish a high performance, global SaaS marketing, and demand generation team that operates in a data-driven model and drive their growth and development.

- Budget: Responsible for efficient and effective planning and utilization of the Marketing Budget by creating ROI based models.

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to drive new revenue growth.

- Efficient Demand Generation engine across geographies with all channels and mediums firing

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

- Track record of scaling an enterprise business

- More than 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS space with a strong understanding of how to execute multiple geographies especially South East Asian Countries.

- Experience across all types of content creation/ management, SEO, SEM, ABM, demand generation, Nurturing, branding, analyst relation, digital marketing, Go to Market Strategy for a diverse range of software products

- Experience in building relationships in large enterprises at the top by leveraging a value-focused approach to developing large revenue opportunities.

- An individual should have led a team & be regarded as a great people manager.

- Tier 1 Education pedigree with work experience across reputed organizations
