- Responsible for the management and implementation of corporate level marketing strategies in the Territories and plan to achieve growth & market share objectives
- Build and Enhance the brand Image of the organization. Position the brand / sub- brands in the appropriate target group.
- Forge relationships with agencies and vendors at the corporate level for efficient execution of branding exercises. Supervise and report to the management the gap between expected and delivered services.
- Ensure constant monitoring, evaluation and improvement of all branding and corporate affairs processes and systems across all areas of operations. Align the concept and territory branding with corporate branding guidelines laid down by the corporate marketing team.
- Consolidate media and advertising requirements of individual businesses to develop a centralized media buying plan
- Monitor and review all marketing and advertising consultants and agencies used by the Retail Group
- Manage the Corporate Marketing Budget
- Build social goodwill for the brand through development and execution of Corporate and territory led CSR activities
- Looking for MBA with 15-20 years of exp in Managing marketing function at Retail, FMCG or Telecom
