Location Gurgaon

Role Overview :

Responsible for setting up the marketing strategy for sustainable business growth in line with the company objectives. Develop effective ways of working with both internal and external stakeholders by aiming to increase brand awareness, proposition and competitive advantage. Leads three verticals within the marketing function: customer acquisition, brand & communication and pricing & promotion. Coaches team and especially at the direct reporting line to work effectively and builds a productive team.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

- Design and develop brand strategy and marketing plan for the company in line with the global marketing plan and localization as per Indian business environment keeping in view the B2B customer base.

- Build brand communication (including ATL/ BTL) in close coordination with an agency which will be identified based on alignment with company culture, values and goals.

- Establish and execute marketing objectives and strategy relating to customer acquisition, customer segmentation, market penetration, competitive analysis, customer insights and market research.

- Spearhead PR campaigns for launches/achievements / corporate news to ensure brand visibility via online and offline.

- Manage the marketing budget.

- Managing loyalty programs for key clients through internal teams or external agencies.

- Defining and building the value proposition for the customer and helping create winning propositions and messaging for GTMS.

- Ensure checks and balances are in place from a Pricing perspective by overseeing the Pricing strategy for key products through partnerships with cross-functional teams and adequate analysis from the market.

- Well versed with leading complex, diverse teams as will be responsible to lead three verticals within the Marketing portfolio.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a start-up organization will be highly beneficial but not mandatory

- Expertise in strategic planning, leading and directing complex business through the creation of value for stakeholders and the organisation

- Excellent communication skills are written and verbal in order to have an impact on the marketing strategy

- Needs to think out of the box, be solution oriented and work towards the success of the organisation

- Willing to operate in a flexible work environment
