Marketing Head
Roles & Responsibilities:
- He/She would be responsible for 360 degree of marketing activities ATL, BTL and Digital
- Build the brand in market in both physical and digital space delivering the value proposition
- Drive retail sales for both offline and online channels through marketing campaigns
- Deliver on new customer acquisition plans with the planned marketing spend
- Plan and implement customer retention strategy
- Manage all communications across channels supporting brand proposition
- Manage marketing budget and optimize CAC
- Manage the team for all marketing deliverables.
Qualification & Experience:
Preferred experience : 8 to 15 years in the retail and consumer goods industry with strong exposure to Retail marketing and digital marketing.
