Head - Marketing - Retail/Consumer Durables

- Manage and oversee the organization's e-commerce business P&L delivering both topline and bottom targets.

- Lead the planning and execution of sales, marketing & advertising for overall business growth.

- Manage onboarding, visibility, and sales objectives of our partnering brands.

- Lead a team to manage selection, merchandising, pricing, promotion and sales, events/campaigns end to end.- A minimum of 6 years of experience working within a pureplay ecommerce business out of which at least 4 years into leading the e commerce business team

- Experience of managing external agencies and/or partners (e.g., financial services, tech development, marketing, fulfilment outsource)

- Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions
