Head Marketing Job Location : Mumbai Compensation : Fixed Salary upto 40 lakhs + Bonus - Capital Market Retail broking segment Role & Responsibilities : - Own the retail broking brand from all perspectives with creating a right to win proposition across mediums - Build and lead a team across digital marketing, content & communication design, website and mobile site management, paid marketing - Build the core brand communication strategy which will form to be the cornerstone of all brand based messaging from launch and onwards - Lead the brand into the social mediums with a carefully crafted strategy across all each platform - Create mechanism for an organic pull for the brand with presence and engagement across organic domains - Identify and lead the brand towards news forms and mediums of communication keeping pace with the changing dynamics of marketing Qualifications & Education Requirement : Graduate/ postgraduate in any stream with above required skills Work Experience : 10 to 15 years
