- Articulate, Communicate & Establish Individual Brand Identity

- Ensures regular updates of information on website and social networking sites.

- Involved in Visual Merchandising as per the industry standards.

Digital Marketing :

- Strategizes Digital Marketing Activities for the Brands.

- Conceptualize & Provide brief direction to agencies about collaterals.

- Drives the SMM, SEO, SEM strategies & follows-up with the implementation.

- Examine & Evaluate latest digital trends and implemention wherever possible.

PR & Media Management :

- Plans technology focused ideas,PR and implements it through external agencies

- To work on Media Relation Campaign relating to Initial Public Offerings which is beneficial to share-holders, investors & customers.

- Identifying PR strategies for the company (Brands) - Represents in industry events, articles and media.

Annual Business Plan & Strategy :

- Meet annual sales and profit targets within agreed Budget levels.

- Establishes systems to devise and develop construct of research & data mining

- Review progress against plans

- Track expenses against budget; Analyze deviations and take corrective actions in order to develop and drive a Marketing strategy for the business.

- Plans, executes and reviews marketing based solutions which help achieve sales target and footfall numbers through ATL and BTL initiatives

- Responsible to drive footfalls in the showrooms.

Team Management :

- Identifies vacant positions in own team; Interviews shortlisted candidates and finalizes candidates;

- Sets objective goals and evaluate performance of team members; Recommends for promotions;

- Coach's & Mentor's the team.

- Guide team to implement activities according to plan

- Nominates team members for training

- Conducts regular team meetings to guide team on departmental issues and resolve escalated conflicts in order to build a high performing and motivated team

Agency Management :

- Plans & negotiates & identify agencies.

- Discusses plan and activities with the vendors.

- Ensures for timely payment & manages the contracts.

Control and MIS :

- Guide and direct the team to coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement & maintain reports & MIS in prescribed formats

- Validate the data submitted by the team, track progress against plan and take corrective actions in case of deviations in order.
