Responsible for working closely with the COO to create Brand presence, marketing strategy and engage with existing and new customers. Be the voice of customers in the company and use digital to manage the above.
Job Responsibilities :
Brand Management:
- Understand the buying strategy and with the creative team to create monthly plans for communication across social media, ecommerce channels, WhatsApp, SMS, email channels
- Plan and manage the critical path of the on time launches of content and communication
- Manage and analyze the digital marketing to drive online footfall
- Creating templates and dashboards that monitor results and drives growth
- Analyze all content and communication to drive more organic traffic online
Mine & Reimagine CRM and Loyalty:
- Drive excellent customer service by creating and deploying new / updated processes that will create customer joy
- Drive NPS / BRAND TRACK / Csat
- Analyze existing customer trends and propose opportunities to the leadership team with adequate data
- Drive insights and use it to improve existing processes or create new ones
- Deliver new and engaging loyalty opportunities
- Drive footfall
Digital Marketing:
- Build digital marketing calendar, roadmap and plans and manage digital marketing across channels (e.g. website, SEO, Content, Inbound, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure performance and brand consistency
- Manage and improve online content marketing via SEO basis best practices
- Optimum usage of tools like Google Analytics, Google keywords planner and Google Trends to pull out reports for analysis.
- Supervise all aspects of digital marketing to manage interaction between customers and the company, while maintaining high CX
Budgeting:
- Monitor monthly budgets and align expenses to be in line with PnL
- Allocate budgets as per monthly allocations and manage the spend
- Manage costings of vendors unlocking savings
Knowledge and Skills Required :
- Proven work experience in Digital Marketing entailing - Paid Ads, SEO, Blogging, Social Media, Content Marketing
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channel's function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, All the Google tools, and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design and management
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team player and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Preferably from the Fashion Retail industry - Good to have
