Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute innovative and effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant chain and enhance its presence in the market.
- Utilize a 360-degree approach to marketing, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, events, and promotions.
Brand Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image for China Gate Restaurant Pvt Ltd.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing activities.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of online campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Social Media Management:
- Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms to drive customer engagement and increase followership.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage online reputation effectively.
Advertising and Promotions:
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various mediums, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Develop and manage promotional activities, loyalty programs, and partnerships to attract and retain customers.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment to encourage innovative marketing ideas.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
