About the Company

Purpose of role

Working independently and with least supervision, the person will be responsible for establishing the Sales Engine for promoting and selling apartment property in different projects of the Company. This position will be involved in a wide range of marketing and sales functions including, promotion through events, prospecting, dealer network, channel partner network, digital marketing, customer service and fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulation of an effective Sales & Marketing strategy and provide relevant inputs to project development teams. Design relevant PR and digital strategies in line with the project requirements

- Promote property through marketing initiatives, promotions, advertisement, digital initiatives, etc.

- Ensure successful achievement of monthly/quarterly sales goals and review the sales performance

- Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level;

- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs

- Ensuring achievement of the sales targets, pricing and collections

- Establish & maintain partnership with Brokers and external agencies

- Prepare competitive analyses for all existing competitors

- Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties at regular intervals

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- Managing the registration and documentation process for ensuring timely loan disbursal, ensuring regular and timely collections

- Managing the process of apartment handovers from projects and to customers and providing support to facility management team post possession

- Ensuring customer retention, repeated buying, customer referrals and excellent customer experience from enquiry to handover

- Responsibility for concept development and product planning along with the BD and architecture team for new projects

- Establish SOPs for all key processes related to sales and marketing to ensure seamless operation

- Ensure MIS by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Desired Skills & Experience

- Relevant experience in Real Estate sales & Marketing is a must

- Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building professional relationships to drive business

- Communication & interpersonal skills, client Relationship management, persuasion & negotiation skills are required

Qualifications and Attributes

Graduate/ MBA in marketing with deep insight of Real estate sector, market, pricing and sales.

Passion and high energy for engaging and persuading clients. Leader with self initiative, vision and proven team building ability

Salary Range: 9 - 10 LPA
