Value added services are the integral businesses at ANAROCK end to end solution for developers. These businesses are Digital Agency, Creative + Event Agency, Post Sales Service, Home solution business and many other initiatives. These business generates a gross revenue of Over INR 100 crs. And operates across 19 plus cities across 150 plus developers. This leadership is based in Mumbai The role expects BD - client and geographies, handing P&L, Business Growth and services, profitability, team handling, using ANAROCK eco system to drive all businesses and more.
BUSINESS UNIT: ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt Ltd. - ANAROCK DIGITAL AGENCY
REPORTING TO: Chief Operating Officer - ANAROCK Residential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate experience to understand and handled businesses, P&Ls Founder / Co-founder is preferred who has run the business successfully is preferred.
- Understanding real estate and developer's network will be critical.
- Has handled multi-city
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- To be able to drive innovation and disruption
KEY SKILLS SETS / REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business or other relevant degree), with Master's Degree
- Past successful record is running businesses / P&Ls
- 20+ years of experience in digital across platforms (client, agency across sector including real estate)
- Ability to strategize, implement 360 degree solution
- Strong Problem Solving skills, self-directed and self-motivated
- Excellent communication, coordination skills to be able to liaise across clients (developer), sales, technical and non-technical teams
- People Management
- Data driven thought process
