Warburttons a leadership search organisation is retained to identify a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function for a large real estate company's . This role demands a visionary leader capable of driving innovative marketing campaigns, enhancing brand presence, and achieving business objectives.
As a Head of Marketing you will manage the below responsibility:
- Ownership: Overall ownership of the Brand, Product positioning, branding strategy, Digital Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy along with managing and monitoring the marketing budgets
- Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer insights.
- Brand Management:Foster and elevate the brand through consistent messaging, positioning, and identity across all channels.
- Campaign Management:Lead the conception, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and drive lead generation and sales.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and website optimization.
- Market Research:Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to capitalize on changing consumer behavior and industry developments.
- Team Leadership:Manage and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize marketing reach and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Work with legal team and to ensure all communication and marketing plan is as per RERA and other organizational compliances.
A successful applicant should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing with atleast 5 years in real estate marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and team leadership
- Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate market trends and pivot strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in leveraging technology and software for marketing purposes
