Head - Marketing - Real Estate

I am hiring for a Head - Marketing role for one of the Real Estate developers in Bangalore, its a renowned brand.

Its a combination of Traditional + Digital Marketing.

Would prefer to hire only from Real Estate industry ( Current or previous background)

Role:

- The incumbent shall be responsible for developing core marketing strategies to drive growth along with extensive professional marketing experience, leadership abilities, in-depth understanding of user acquisition strategies and excellent financial acumen along with project management skills.

- Strategize, develop and manage marketing campaigns across platforms/ media be it, Traditional marketing, Digital, Content Marketing, Activation, Exhibitions or Press Relations.

- Design brand as well as tactical campaign stimuli by differentiating propositions in order to attract homebuyers in converting into sales and increase the brand footprint.

- Develop, plan and prudently manage the overall marketing budgets to ensure high efficiency in delivering ROI through the marketing activities

- Study the market situation (demand, supply, desire) and provide suggestions to the Management to assist in pricing decisions, inputs to the design team in product development and formalizing the GTM strategy with the help of a robust Research mechanism.

- Benchmark market and competition data and develop sales strategy to consistently drive business growth.
