Role & responsibilities:
Strategy / Branding / Communication / PR / Media / Event:
1. Developing and delivering a marketing plan, Strategy, Budgeting with clear outcomes and outputs.
2. Conceptualize brand-led ideas that can elevate brand awareness, recall, and positioning in target segment.
3. Outlining Communication strategy, Creative Direction to agencies to create output and creative that build perception & image.
4. Corporate events planning and execution
5. Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
6. Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and generate leads.
7. Media Planning, Budgeting & Scheduling for Newspaper, Outdoor, Radio, TV, Digital, Events & Exhibitions as well as on other marketing platform.
8. Preparing budgets & submitting estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development. Formulating & collecting promotional strategies to increase sales of products or services
9. Managing the entire course of events inclusive of conceptualization, set design, scheduling & on-site management.
10. Building brand awareness, ensuring positioning in tune with market requirements and competitor profiling to capture optimum market shares.
11. Overseeing planning, branding, sales promotions, public relations & communication activities to maximize brand visibility.
12. Implementing sales promotion plans & new concepts to generate sales for achievement of targets
13. Manage communication strategy Plan budget, its effectiveness, metrics tracking & optimization Partner Management Strategize and lead partnerships with Agents/ Brokers, etc
