Job Objective: To develop and drive strong marketing campaigns that promote the company and Projects in alignment with organizational objectives. Position plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital spaces well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic :
- Develop Company's Marketing philosophy in Corporate Branding and driving Digital Marketing initiatives of the organization
Operational :
- Support a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image and positioning in the market.
- Facilitate internal and external communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, and so forth.
- Ensure articulation of Organization's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization, and assure communication of image and position to all stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Build media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Develop marketing strategies based on strong analytics and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Creating strategies to increase online traffic to thecompany's websites
- Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers
- Creating Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness
- Improving the user experience on the company's website(Includes design, content and usability)
- Collecting and Evaluating customer feedback data and developing media strategies
- Evaluating competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them
- Identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
- Monitor and review that any information about the company going in media conforms to the corporate values of thecompany and media content for the same.
- Identify appropriate channels and media mix for corporate internal / external communication
- Develop and deliver corporate related communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage media relationships and review all Marketing communication to the press
- Manage relationship with various PR agencies
- Develop fantastic and attractive B2C marketing initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns nationally.
Financial :
- Increase MDPL's corporate valuation through corporate communication initiatives
- Formulate annual PR budget and ensure adherence to the same
People

Desired qualifications :
- MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing/ Media Management
- Desired experience 8-12 years experience with at least 4-5 years- experience in handling Marketing in the Real Estate industry
