Head - Marketing - Product Based Firm - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-14 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Marketing Head for a leading product based German MNC
Experience - 7 to 14 years
Location - Gurugram
Qualification - MBA from a top B school
Geographical Scope - India and other South Asian countries-Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Maldives
Job purpose - The Marketing Head will be responsible for development and execution of the marketing strategies for India.
The marketing strategies should support the business segment's aggressive and transformative growth phase.
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for India working in close collaboration with the global brand and marketing team.
- Lead an India based marketing team working across digital marketing, trade marketing, product management and brand management.
- Product Strategy: Continue to strengthen the product portfolio through the right pricing strategy and introduction of new, innovative products with the right GTM strategy.
- Increase brand/category awareness: Introduce the right metrics/framework for measurement and drive the business segment's ambition to significantly improve the brand and product awareness.
- Trade Marketing: Create impactful brand visibility, messaging and design impactful customer engagement programs
- Digital: Build a strong brand presence and drive better customer and consumer engagements.
- Enable customers to build a stronger omnichannel presence.
- Design and Execute multi channel, high ROI Marketing campaigns aimed at increased awareness and lead generation for the customers.
