Role Overview :
- The role would focus on driving and leading building up prepaid offerings including a holistic strategy, road map, and tactical plan focused on meeting the needs of the organization's consumers.
- This is to be executed whilst leading and managing a high performing team.
- Driving the growth and evolution of the product portfolio through pricing, promotions, product enhancements and distribution expansion while delivering an excellent customer experience and a positive impact on sales and profitability.
- This role will partner closely with numerous cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 7 years of Telecom Industry experience with established experience in marketing of prepaid products and Usage & retention in telecom
- Incumbent must be a strong leader and motivator, along with exemplary networking and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgment and understanding of Telecom business practices.
- Strong personality and integrity with demonstrated ability to establish business relationships and ability to influence consumers both outside and within the organization.
- Ability to work independently with strong ethics and must be someone who can adapt to markets trends and situations.
