Value added to the success of the company - the main purpose or objective of the job:

To support the PMT in managing brands assigned in order to ensure brand profitability.

KRAs :

- Setting of targets to ensure brand growth and grab the market share.

- Ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with product portfolio market strategy.

- Analyze marketing strategy, training to product management team and execution for the portfolio

- Set marketing priorities and strategic promotional direction for selective brands. marketing manager build cohesive sales & marketing team .

- To coach & develop Product Managers / Group Product Managers for higher responsibilities.

- Track and report on spend against budget for marketing campaigns with support of central marketing ops function and additional team members who work on content, thought leadership, measurement, and tactical support.

- Experience in Salesforce and Smart sheet (or other CRM, marketing information, and project management, e-tools)

- Observe and trap the competitor prices, campaigns, new product launch.

- Ensure the good market share of the products under portfolio Provide hands on support through field working with sales and marketing team.

- Design the unique specific campaigns to take or achieve maximum market share and help to penetrate in the market.

- Design the product brochures , literature etc.

- Travel widely to work in field with sales and marketing team all across india or in the assigned geographical region.

- Design advertisements for medical magazines, conference, journals.

- Develop successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation and execution

- Produce valuable and engaging content for sales and marketing team.

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
