Marketing Head - Pharma Critical Care Segment
Responsibilities:
The major activities of the incumbent are aimed at marketing strategy and planning, new product launch and marketing operations. The activities will include but are not limited to:
- To plan and achieve Marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
- Competitive intelligence - Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plan to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget
- Identify and develop list of external opportunities and analyse potential targets via active internal and external scouting activities.
- Build business cases and ensure approval of identified opportunities with new product launch.
- Conduct ongoing business and financial review of business development opportunities.
- Optimize cross-functional support needed to ensure effective communication and implementation of BD objectives.
