Responsibilities :

- Responsible for top line and bottom line delivery of results

- Designing the entry strategy for the division - Pricing, Customer profiling, launch strategy

- Finalizing the portfolio mix

- Innovation in products and promotion to enable better execution

- Key Account Management

- Business Development initiatives

1. Identifying molecules

2. Innovation in existing molecules

3. Finalizing the T.P and costing of the products

- Dual responsibility

a. Value delivery: Leading teams to deliver sustainable value

b. Business building: Building capability within and generating new business

- Should be able to conceptualize business plans, workout strategies and analyze business growth and guide the group mates for achievements of goals set for the division

- Handling the Marketing Function including strategies for the product range, monitoring ORG competition , interacting with marketing agencies & field sales force to plan marketing activities & arranging seminars/ meetings

- Leading, developing & motivating the product management team.
