Responsible for the evolution of marketing strategies along with communication development
Empowering the team to build robust marketing programs to engage the HCPs and patients/ consumers
Empower the team to drive the execution of these programs through the Cross functional expertise by measuring and tracking of these initiatives
Drive direct to consumer/ patient programs
Consistent generation of insights from HCP/ Consumers to facilitate development of an engaging brand strategies
Build relationships with KOLs in identified therapeutic areas, and utilize relationships for shaping market initiatives, and for driving sales
Support and drive sales - work in close partnership with sales leadership to ensure smooth implementation and execution of marketing programs
Desired Experience:
Experience of working in both ethical and consumer marketing
An added experience of managing OTC brands/ category will be added advantage
Should have experience of leading a team (more than 2)
Successful record of establishing new categories / concepts /needs among physicians or end users
Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force
Possess skills like Strategic Thinking, Analytical skills and Communication (oral, written, presentation)
Should be excellent in interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Should be creative and have innovative problem solving abilities
