Head - Marketing - Personal Care

Company:

One of the Leading Indian Conglomerate in collaboration with a leading Hongkong stock exchange listed company, a leader in the Baby diaper, female sanitary napkin, adult diaper and tissue paper business is looking to Innovate similar product lines for India market.

Role: Marketing Head

Responsibilities:

- To be a member of joint team with Product managers from Hongkong company in developing Marketing strategies for similar products lines for Indian market & after strategy is approved, take leadership role to implement the same.

Expectations from Candidates:

- Candidate should be young, with a min experience between 8 - 12 years.

- The Individual should for sure come from an FMCG background, worked for leading FMCG Mass brands (No Food and Beverages) only from Personal care background.

- The Individual should have experience in managing end to end Marketing role

- Should have good experience in managing Strategic roles is desired.

- Experience in setting up the operations for a Startup or experience in bringing in new product lines to India and seen success would be considered.

Academic requirements: Full time Post Graduate (MBA) from a well known Institute.
