Head - Marketing/Performance Marketing - Education

- A new age education company, well funded with an international clientele, is looking for a head of performance marketing.

- The successful candidate will have the opportunity be part of the core leadership team and help drive growth of the business.

Responsibilities :

- The core responsibility of this role will be to build the brand across India and the US.

- Drive 10x sales growth across our website and third-party online platforms (e.g.: Amazon)

- Build a strong and differentiated brand identity in both India and globally

- Liaison with external agencies as required

- Shape the overall corporate strategy as part of the senior leadership team

Qualifications :

- Looking for a dynamic and tenacious leader.

- High level of proficiency in performance marketing with very strong analytical skills with 7-10 years experience

- Prior digital marketing experience in a consumer brand / e-commerce company

- Prior entrepreneurial or start-up experience a plus

- Strong academic qualifications - Expertise in Marketing / MBA is a plus.
