Job Description
- Provides strong, effective and highly visible leadership to the Marketing and Communications team in order to capitalize on the full potential of this most critical resource.
- Work on innovations leveraging technology for customer outreach and improving response efficacy.
- Define the product positioning, design and deploy strategies to strengthen the product equity in social sphere.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and target consumer.
- Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
Educational Requirements
Marketing managers should have at least a Master's degree in marketing, business management or another related field of study from tire 1 college only. This position requires an extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, PR, Branding, so you'll need a strong background in all fields.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 6 to 10 years- work experience in Direct Marketing/Digital Marketing preferred.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication (English language).
- Prior experience of organizing Events and and Promotions.
- Previous experience of working in a Fintech startup.
