Job Description :
- Develop a deep understanding of consumers, taste clusters and trends. Partner with data sciences on using data to develop consumer profiles & audience insights based on internal & external data.
- Collaborate with the content team on developing / acquiring new content in line with the consumer understanding
- Lead marketing of Movies/Acquired Content
- Develop the content amplification and activation strategy and create the marketing strategy for each Theatrical Movie/Acquired Movie keeping in mind targets for acquiring new subscriptions, and engaging & retaining of existing subscribers
- Execute the marketing plan by working with internal colleagues (Creative, CLM, PR, Social, Performance, Platform & BD teams) and external agencies (Media, Activation and Social)
- Plan and execute on the ongoing analysis of the shows, key business drivers, trends and performance indicators.
- Lead the management of creative, media and activation agency partners to ensure scale able and integrated marketing campaigns
Education and experience :
- MBA from a Tier 1 premier institution
- 12-14 years of experience in marketing in OTTs, Media, Marquee Movies production houses etc
- Exposure to marketing outcome as quantified business objectives
- Experience in using 360-degree marketing across multiple medias
- Exposure to multi-crore marketing budget across TV + Radio + Outdoor + Activation
- Understanding of marketing in a digital environment
- Strong background in consumer insights and campaign planning and execution
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in leading teams and people management required
