Marketing :
- Create and implement a marketing strategy for the overall Organization.
- Creating and implementing marketing and promotional budgets.
- Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital, and Creative Communication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate with franchises and Talent to build and execute campaigns that build massive buzz and make our titles and platform stand apart in a crowded market.
- Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make timely adjustments to improve the marketing outcomes and make relevant recommendations to improve our promotion strategy.
- Utilize marketing research inputs in the formulation of marketing briefs.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team by driving and supporting product innovations
- Engage the right agencies for the execution of plans and ensure it's within the Budget
Brand strategy:
- Develop and implement a corporate brand strategy.
- Conceptualize opportunities for in-film brand placements.
- Conceptualize and execute possible creative advertisements based on tie-ups with alliance partners in line with the overall brand strategy.
- Generate media tie-ups for marketing promotion.
Special Requirements :
- At least 7 years' experience in Marketing & Branding.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in acquisition as well as brand-building, and marketing opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously working both independently and in close collaboration with COO.
