Career Assignment with a leading Multinational Company for Marketing Head - Pune  JD :  Primary Function or overall purpose of your position :   This position is responsible for meeting business goals and delivering results by applying Project Management skills, and Critical Thinking skills in assigned areas of responsibilities. Lead the deployment of sales, marketing, customer support, and marketing communications competencies across India.   Primary role is to lead development and implementation of strategic plans, marketing initiatives for corporate and assigned businesses in India, along with management, coordination and supporting the marketing and marketing communications activities for the Global Markets Organization.   Roles & Responsibility :   - Responsible to lead development and implementation of key strategic marketing initiatives for Corporate and assigned businesses in India  - The position will lead multiple technology days to support concerned business groups for generation of new business.   - Provide a critical link between operations, services and corporate to maximize potential and existing synergies and supply timely and accurate market data for use by internal customers.   - The position will work collaboratively with Key Account Mangers, Segment Managers, Corporate Communications and University Relations to build the Eaton Brand internally and externally with all Stakeholders including potential Employees and Customers.  - Support Key Account Managers and assist India Managing Director to nurture key executive relations with major accounts. Provide marketing support to Key Account Management & Segment Managers, as and when required.
