- Create unique and innovative luxury experiences.
- Own & Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention at Mall Level.
- Own & Deliver Success Metrics for Footfalls, Conversions & Average Spend/consumer.
- Own Strategy, Planning & Execution of Marketing Calendar for Annual, Seasonal & Monthly.
- Own Marketing budgetary forecast, planning to deliver annual ROI.
- Drive Innovation & Strategic Marketing Charter for Enhancing Consumer Experience.
- Ensure Administrative & Functional reporting to the Luxury Head , co-owning the Success Metrics of Mall P&L
- Responsible for Communication, Media & PR, Tenant /Brand Promotions & Marketing Collaborations, Events and Alliances at the Mall level.
