Job profile :
- Responsible for the Sales and profitability of the Most Preferred Chocolate Brand in India.
- Develop and Execute a strong ATL/BTL calendar to bring alive annual strategy and meet defined marketing objectives.
- Develop the brand communication plan and coordinate with advertising agency to design and execute impactful campaigns.
- Drive Product Innovation through Stage & Gate process to ensure optimum resource allocation and support from cross functional teams.
- Conducting Market Research for identifying new product/bundling ideas, short listing potential ideas on key parameters and determining optimal pricing through qualitative and quantitative research. Make Strategic Plans according to that.
- Track brand health scores and Usage and Attitude study gauging changes in consumer preference, relevance of propositions and emerging trends and needs.
- Media Planning
- To Plan Activation activity .
- Planning for Events & Exhibitions and ensure proper executions for the same.
- Develops Packaging Standards and ensure that Packaging of Product is as per Strategy
- Market Position Analysis & New Product Development Plans.
