To develop and implement marketing strategy for the Business Unit through product & category portfolio strategies, brand & communication strategy and product development   2. To ensure the sales targets are met for various product categories and develop business through networking and creation & implementation of strategies.   3. To manage top-line sales and bottom-line profit.  4. To supervise and lead a team of Product Managers handling various products & categories in kitchen & domestic appliances  5. To drive business through channels (CSD, Modern Retail, E-commerce, Institution Sales) through effective product/ pricing & promotion strategies  Person Specifications -   1. Essential Qualification: MBA from Tier I institute  2. Desired Qualification: Preferably Engineer Graduate  3. Experience: 13-15 Years (Experience across front line sales & marketing roles)  4.
